We have branch offices in Waynedale, Monroeville, Garrett, and Decatur, Indiana.  The firm practices in all area, state, and federal courts.  The practice is broad-based and encompasses general litigation, personal injury actions, divorce, real estate, wills, and corporate matters.  The firm has existed since the 1950's in various forms.

Douglas E. Johnston

Douglas E. Johnston has been a practicing attorney for over 25 years with a concentration in personal injury, small business matters, wills and estates, and family law.  He was born and raised in Garrett, Indiana, and is the primary staff attorney for the Garrett Office.  He is a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Allen County Bar Association,  DeKalb County Bar Association and Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.  He currently serves the Allen County Bar Association as Vice President for the Calendar Year 2007/2008.  He also is Counsel for the Garrett Redevelopment Commission and the FortWayne-AllenCounty Convention and Tourism Authority (“The GrandWayneCenter”).

 

He was selected as one of the “Best Lawyers in America” for 2008.
