On July 19, 2016, Douglas E. Johnston spoke on topics at an Advanced Family Law Seminar sponsored by NBI. At this seminar, which was geared toward experienced attorneys and addressed unusual and complicated cases arising under Family Law, Doug addressed topics ranging from the Changing Landscape of Domestic Relationships, Analyzing and Handling Complex Assets in divorce cases, and advising on the related matters between post-divorce events and estate planning.

TCR&J is pleased to announce Dana Carlson has become associated with the firm as a General Practice Associate. Dana received her BA degree in Political Science and in German from IPFW. She earned her JD, magna cum laude, from Ohio Northern University in 2016. While in law school, Dana served as a Torts Teaching Assistant and was an Associate Editor of the ONU Law Review. Dana also finished second in the Dan Guy Appellate Advocacy Tournament and was awarded for Outstanding Service as a Law Review Editor. She was an intern for the Allen County Prosecutor’s Office and a summer clerk for Tourkow, Crell, Rosenblatt & Johnston, LLP. Dana Carlson (Goeglein) was born and raised in New Haven, Indiana. She attended Woodlan Jr/Sr High School where she participated in volleyball, basketball, and track. Dana is happily married with two young children.
